Clean and Jerk - 12 min to max ( no more than six reps)
205#, 235#, 245#, 275# ( new PR , no professional Oly lifter from but cfit standards... :(
3X3+1 Jerk@85% of Heavy Jerk ( rest to 2-3 Minutes between sets)
= 210# .. good form all the way through.
