Today was first day back after my food poisoning episode but I felt great.. bumped up the weights a bit . I have been following John Welbourn's advice and having been eating more and trying to sleep more with the increased lifting. I would have to say that the eating more has been showing dividends not only in muscle size but in the recovery process as well. Eat Big to Lift Big ....
