Training Session

Olympic

1) snatch: 1×2 @ 60% @ 155#

 1×2 @ 70%, @ 165#

 1×1 @ 80%, @185#

1×1 @ 90%, @190#

1×1 @ 95%, @195#- failed ( bad form) 

 4×1 @ 85%, @185#

rest 2 minutes between sets

2) 6 x 1 mid-hang clean @ 200#

(mid-thigh) + 1 high-hang clean (hip) + 1 jerk, as heavy as possible, rest 2 minutes

 3) 4 X 3 snatch high pull, as heavy as possible, rest 2 minutes

1x3 @ 200#- good form - used straps. 

3x3 @ 230# - need to work on my form... 

3 rounds


20 banded good mornings - used grey band.. 

 

Notes : conditioning kicked my ass.. need to build up engine...
