I have set a weekly goal for myself of obtaining weekly totals in a number of bodyweight/ gymnastic movements.
100 pull-ups ( can be included in the weeks workout)
100 dips ( can be included in the weeks workout)
100 push-ups ( can be included in the weeks workout)
eventually I wanna max out at 200 per week per movement.
This week's total so far
20 dips
75 push-ups
35 pull-up
Fucking stomach is a bitch this week..
