Back Squat 235#/5, 270#/4, (320/4)x4
Power Snatch 114/5, 124/4, 145/4, (165/4)x2
Power Clean 165#/4, (205#/4)x2
Push Press 145/5, 160/5, (170/5)x3
Snatch Pull 205#/3





God did this workout sucked.. my knee started acting up on the squat.. had to drop poundage by 5# . I am thinking that I should invest in a pair of kneed braces. came home and had a huge NY Strip and broccoli... gonna have eight boiled and avocado before I head off to  San Jose to see the little lady.
