Due to lack of sleep this training session was not very good and downright painful. I am also recovering from a nasty bout of food poisoning. I noticed that he first week of my training session when I was eating like a king I was not sore and experienced massive growth. I have to stick with my eating and massive amounts coconut milk. Per Welbourn's recommendation I purchased the the River Cottage Meat Book . I am going to start biting of this book piece by piece and upping my caloric intake a bit to enhance recovery. Secondly to also help with my caloric intake, I also purchased a boat load of digestive enzymes, I noticed when I eat a lot I have trouble with digestion.
