Breakfast



Just a quick post about my nutrition yesterday's meal 
4 chicken Eggs 
1 duck egg 
6 slices of Bacon 
2 scoops of Guacomole ( trader joes) 
2 scoops of my homemade Sauerkraut ( yes I made it) 

I just discovered the Wholefoods in Cupertino has duck eggs.. what a score.. there bigger and better than regular eggs.
