I come to realize that without exercise in my life I can become a very stress individual. I honestly believe if one is not challenging their body or mind in ways that allow for a massive release of stress or other pressures then you doomed for a life of depression and mediocrity. the purpose of my workouts are no longer to look good but relieve stress and pressure of everyday and to challenge myself.
