Today's workout:
5 deadlifts @ 275#
10 burpees
5x
Slosh pipes holds

My fitness has seriously fallen off since the beginning of the academy due to thelack of weight bearing workouts. The academy has been restricted by the governing agency that accredits the academy fitness program.The majority of our workout are based on push-ups, pull-up, squats and other calethics movements. I am planning on creating a schedule that focuses on anaerobic power and some middle distance work. the reason I choose this route is because of the nature of my new job. I don't ever foresee ever running over 2-3 miles in a foot pursuit, but I do see myself getting into several fights during my career.Fights are based on mainly anaerobic endurance..







The academy approximately eight weeks from being finished, I just have to focus and maintain my atititude
