Workout Log For FRW:
First “ real” workout since my little flu bout and I can feel the effects still even though it only lasted for 2 days. Well I will be building up workout program to previous levels and superseded those in the next upcoming months before I leave on my trip to Europe and Africa.
Workout:
Warm-up:
100 push-ups.
200 slam balls “ originally scheduled 250 but my body was not into it.
Come to think I feel fucking great I had no excuse not finish that workout according to my previous post about not concocting excuses and that is just what I did. Funny not until you look at your self you realize that you are guilty as well.
Quick side note, my George foreman grill came today and I would have to say initially that it is worth the forty dollars that I paid for it.
