Not for a Very long time

So I have decided to leave the processed food behind and last night was my going away party to eulogize the occasion of this moment of peace i decided to eat a whole carton of cherry garcia Ben & Jerry's Ice-cream seeing that I wont come back to it for a very long time, I am predicting at least a year of no processed food.. just to see what happens. 
Here are the guide lines: 
Diet: The Zone/Paleo/Atkins/ Dr.Clyde Wilson Diet. 

Foodstuff that will be excluded from me meals " I would like to say diet but that word has been beating to death" 

- processed sugar especially high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners  not the natural stuff from sweet potatoes.
- refined foods " anything that requires heavy amount of processing to be edible 
rice, bread, pasta " never liked pasta anyway" and potatoes,  soy etc.
-mainly grass fed meat's and truly free range fowl.
-very little grain 
maize or corn 
rice
wheat
barley
millett
oats 
Rye
Quinoa is excluded according to research mine and others it is not really a grain. 
- Very little alcohol- maybe a beer once on a while or glass of wine  more to come.. 

What does that leave ? Meat, Vegetables and Fruits And Nuts.. in any combination


Quick run down
4 servngs per carton at 240 calories each

240x4= 960 in one sitting , granted most meals should be between 500 and 600 calories this had me feeling a little ill.
